ECU Remapping is a process designed to enhance the performance of your vehicle. Firstly, we place your vehicle on our dyno to assess its current power output and perform diagnostics. Next, we retrieve the software data from your vehicle's Engine Control Unit (ECU) and engine control module. Our team of qualified engineers then recalibrates the software to optimize its performance. Once the recalibration is completed, we re-flash the modified software back to your vehicle's ECU, resulting in a performance calibration. Following this, your vehicle is returned to the dyno for additional tests and data logging to assess the impact of the new software on its performance. This process allows us to observe and analyze the changes resulting from the ECU remapping.
Specially designed for daily performances
Custom-Tune to match upgraded hardware
Custom-Tune for build projects
Back to Original specification if the ecu was tuned before
The DSG Gearbox (dual clutch) allows quick gearshifting but does not deliver its full potential so far. With the reprogramming we are working on several parameters : Decreased gear change time, Increasing maximum engine speed (rpm/min), Increasing the maximum torque, Removing kick-down, Improving responsiveness.
Maximum Fuel Saving + Bespoke Stage 1 Power
Fuel Consumption Saving
This option deactivates the AdBlue to prevent engine shutdown - fluid will not be needed anymore
Disabling the cold start system
This option removes the catalyst light indicator from the dashboard when the catalyst have been removed.
Improve Engine & Turbocharger lifespan
Removal of unwanted DTCs in the controller
Closed the EGR Flap within the software
The original exhaust valves management partially opens the valves in sport mode, for sound standards reasons. The exhaust flaps option allows the valves to be opened 100% when sport mode is enabled.
This option electronically removes only the GPF
On some diesel engines , Especially EDC16 VAG, hot starting is problematic. Our solution corrects this problem
Pop and bang is the result of an ignition delay which creates an exhaust detonation when the throttle pedal is released. Caution, this process must only be used on vehicles without catalyst or with sport catalyst. This option may impair the reliability of the engine
This option allows sport display adaption with new vehicle performances
Sometimes the start and stop intervenes intrusively. While we want to restart, the latency of the system is felt and it quickly becomes embarrassing. This option simply removes this feature
This option allows you to deactivate the Swirl Flap, a system allowing the air to swirl through the intake valves.
Speedlimiter Removal within the software
